Maya Angelou died at her home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Wednesday, May 28, at the age of 86.  She’ll be remembered for her poetry and other literary works, as well as for her contributions to the Civil Rights Movement.  To find her books in the Marin County Free Library, type Angelou, Maya, as an author, into the search box of the Classic Catalog.  If you type Maya Angelou into the search box of the Encore Catalog, you’ll find information both by, and about, her.
